Yes — our primary manufacturing is in Melbourne. We also offer offshore production where helpful for budget or scale.
Standard turnaround is 4–7 working weeks. Rush production is available for urgent needs.
We have no minimum order quantities, however, larger quantities are more economical. Small quantities may also attract low quantity surcharges.
There is a one-off mould/die charge for new orders. Once created the mould/die is stored at our facility. Repeat orders will then only incur the unit cost. Offshore-produced items may incur additional mould/die charges if orders fall beyond a 2-3 year interval.
Both 2D and 3D use raised and sunken areas in the design. 2D is ideal in most cases, wherease 3D gives additional shape and form. better suited for depth and detail such as faces or landscapes. The 3D process is more expensive as additional shape and form is sculpted into the design.
No, you don't need to supply us with finished artwork. We accept sketches, rough ideas, or logos. Our team helps finalise all production files and our Artwork and Design services are free for those going ahead to the manufacturing stage.
We use the Pantone colour matching system and can match to most colours.
Yes — we can personalise medals/badges with names, years, or serials at no minimum quantity.
